Who Does He Represent?

Allen represents either the Seller or the Buyer EXCLUSIVELY in any given transaction. He believes that sellers and buyers deserve full representation for what is the largest investment most people will ever make. Allen feels that selling his own listing to a buyer he also represents creates a large conflict of interest. When Allen has a buyer interested in buying one of his own listings, he will refer that buyer to another good agent so that both parties will have Exclusive and fair Representation.
