GRI: Graduate, REALTOR^® Institute

The REALTOR® Institute is often considered the foundation of all continuing real estate education. The GRI designation is earned by successfully completing the 100, 200, and 300 level courses which are designed by the Washington Association of REALTORS® and accredited by the National Association of REALTORS®. GRI designees complete a total of 90 hours, and the GRI designation is a nationally recognized symbol of achievement.
